Notification of provisional examination results

About enrollment confirmation

Confirm contract details

If the results of this review are approved, our representative will call you to inform you of the results of this review and confirm your intention to enter into a contract.

Mailing of repayment card

After the contract is completed and the loan money is transferred to the account specified by the customer, a repayment card will be mailed to your home.

How to repay using a dedicated loan card

During the regular repayment period, you can make repayments at SURUGA Bank ATMs as well as affiliated ATMs nationwide such as Seven Bank and Japan Post Bank. Also, there are no ATM fees.

Insert your card into the ATM in the direction shown in ① and deposit the repayment amount.

- Months when you have enough money -

You can reduce your loan balance by making “as-needed repayments” in addition to “regular repayments”. *Repayments can be made at any time from 1 yen or more, but repayments at ATMs that do not accept coins are in units of 1,000 yen.

(1) When repaying at any time other than the regular repayment period: Repay a pre-determined regular repayment amount during the regular repayment period .
Repayments made between the 2nd and 19th will be repaid at any time , so regular repayments are required after the 20th.
(2) When repaying at any time during the regular repayment period: If you wish to make repayments on the same day during the regular repayment period , you will need to complete the procedure twice .
Please make your repayments in the following order: first the regular repayment amount, then the occasional repayment (you can repay as much as you like).
Regular repayments will be required the following month.
